All authors have been given the option to present their material. The program and the session details can be found below.
- INTERACTIVE PAPER PRESENTATION
Each IPS will contain up to three individual paper presentations; a chair will be present to facilitate the discussion.
- ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION
Each RTD will contain up to four individual contributions. Presenters for each contribution can present their contribution to the audiecne in a short input of not more than three minutes. Afterwards, all contributions will be discussed together, facilitated by a chair. The chair will contact presenters approx. two weeks prior to the coference with some guiding questions that will serve as starting point of the discussion.
- EXPERIENCE DEMONSTRATION
Each EPD session opens up with a joint meeting of all presenters and participants in Morressier. Presenters for each EPD can pitch their experience demonstration to the audiecne in not more than five minutes. Afterwards, participants can chose wich EPD they want to join; each EPD will be offered in a separate room (breakout or similar – details under construction); a chair will be present to facilitate the pitching phase; individual experience demonstrations will not be faciliated by a chair but are the responsibilty of the individual presenters.
- INTERACTIVE POSTER PRESENTATION
Each IPP will be held for presenters from different time-zones on the platform GatherTown, which will feature a digital ecosystem with designated spaces for each poster. Presenters are expected to be present in their designated space during their scheduled session. There will be also spaces in GatherTown in which particpants can meet for informal talk and digital socializing.
SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION-MATRIX:

SPECIAL FORMATS COORDINATED BY THE CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS
In addition to the presentation formats for submitted contributions there will be a couple of specific formats to present and discuss PBL research and practice coordinated by the conference organizers, such as panel discussions/lounges and workshops to share the Aalborg PBL-experience. The organizing committee will approach selected authors for contribution here, together with colleagues from Aalborg University and distinguished experts from the PBL-community.
